March 2 - 30, 2021 @ 4:00-4:45pm $110  for the 4 week series

Audio recordings will be sent weekly so you can practice in-between classes. 


Suitable for Sciatica only if backbends or extensions relieve the pain eg. bulging discs.

If bending forward to tie your shoes relieves the pain, these classes are not for you. 

Registration & password is required to enter the class.

Please send payment by e-transfer to prior to the start. 

These classes are for you if you have one or more of these conditions:
  • You have mild low back, neck and/or shoulder pain.
  • Mild arthritis, or you are stiff/sore and want a gradual approach to strengthening and stretching.
  • You're over 50.
  • Suitable for individuals with hip or knee replacement.
  • We will be doing the exercises on the floor and in standing. You'll need a few thick blankets, a yoga belt or something similar like an old tie or bathrobe sash, and a chair or wall space.
  • Your own music playing in the background is an option. All participants will be muted.
The benefit to attending live classes online rather than a pre-recorded class is that I can see you as you practice - it's the next best thing to being there. I can address you directly if a movement or posture isn't working for you and provide additional information on how to do something, if I find you struggling. You will also be practicing with other people in the comfort of your own home.
