Virtual communal yoga class for mental and physical health:
Make yoga a part of your weekly routine in this time of seclusion. Routines sustain our psyche. They keep us grounded. Sangha (community) reminds us that we are not alone, no matter how lonely we may feel.
Enjoy the company of a group class. Join me and other participants in a 75 minute practice in the comfort of your own home via Zoom tele-conferencing on Wednesdays at 5-6:15pm and Saturdays at 10am-11:15am
until April 29.
