Wednesdays 5pm-6:30pm & Saturdays 10am-11:30am


Registration is not required.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before start time to set up video and mat so I can see you. 



Payment for classes is an option.  If you haven't suffered a loss of income and would like to pay for class(es)
