What Happens When You Book a Class?
I'll send you an intake form for you to fill out and send back to me. This will give me more information about your condition so that I can fully support you.
Instructions for us to connect via Zoom will be sent to you prior to the first class. It's simple and fast. No need to download anything.
We meet online via Zoom using the device of your choice: phone, tablet or computer at the established time.
At the end of the class we will discuss what's next for you. What exercises you will need to practice. We will then establish a time for the next class.
I'll send you a summary of the class and instructions for the exercises.
When you Book a Class please note that my time zone is Eastern (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). Here is a time zone converter.
Payment is due prior to class via Paypal or e-transfer. I'll send you a link.
Sciatica: $120 (Cdn) - approx 75 minutes
Cost after initial assessment: Follow up sessions: $90 - 60 minutes
The Essential Low Back Program Not suitable for sciatica (nerve pain).
$425 for 6 classes. Option to take one class at a time for $85/class.
You will need to purchase the materials to practice daily the exercises daily. Complete within 3 months.
