6 Week Course: Posture & Upper Back, Neck & Shoulders
"This class was fantastic. Being a writer, I was having a lot of neck and shoulder issues and actually thought I might have to give up writing, but Joanne’s approach saved the day. The exercises were all new to me, not like any yoga I had done before and hugely impactful. I am so grateful to have a relaxed neck again!! Thank you Joanne!" Karen Hood-Caddy

"Joanne! Excellent class!! I’m just so glad I found out about your offerings. Good stuff. I’ve been a bit at my wits end with my neck this last while so I’m eager to see how this works out. Already, as I sit here at my computer, I’m holding myself differently!!" Karen
