These classes are for you if :
You are tight in the upper back, neck and/or shoulders;
If you've had an injury awhile ago and you still haven't quite recovered;
If you are developing a rounded upper back or already have rounded shoulders;
If you feel that your posture is affecting how you breathe or your digestion but you don't know what to do about it.
