6 Week Course: Posture & Upper Back, Neck & Shoulders

These classes are for you if :
  • You are tight in the upper back, neck and/or shoulders;
  • If you've had an injury awhile ago and you still haven't quite recovered;
  • If you are developing a rounded upper back or already have rounded shoulders;
  • If you feel that your posture is affecting how you breathe or your digestion but you don't know what to do about it.

  • Beginner level exercises

  • A certain amount of mobility required to come down to the floor and stand back up again on your own. 

  • Bring a mat and blanket
